It starts with you
As a coach, you have tremendous influence. And we want to help you use your platform to make a lasting impact on coaches and athletes. Using a strategy called E3, you can start making disciples who make disciples.
As coaches who lead teams, it’s important to Huddle up with your players during games and practices to talk about your game plan. At FCA, our Huddles are designed to give you that same experience but for God’s great plans for your life and others.
If you finished the E3 discipleship process of making disciples who make disciples, then you might be ready to start a Huddle of you own. To start a Huddle, talk to your local FCA staff!
A 1-on-1 meeting occurs when two people commit to studying the Bible and going through the E3 discipleship process of engaging, equipping, and empowering others to make disciples who make disciples. If you’re a mature believer and have a passion for mentoring and discipling others, talk to your local FCA staff to find out how you can get involved.
